In a very short period of time, our businesses and our lives have completely changed due to COVID-19. Passport Software remains open and can still provide assistance to our Partners during this time.
All Passport Software employees are working from home, with the exception of John who really enjoys his 3,000 square feet of office space. This is a very tough time for many Passport Partners and customers and we want you to know that we are here to help in any way we can. Here are some of the ways we can assist:
· We are here to assist you in presenting product demonstrations via WebEx and providing conference calls.
· We can help too if you have current customers who need help setting up their systems remotely. Payroll Direct Deposit with email remittance of Pay Advices to employees can help your customers, as well as ACH Payables.
· We’ve just released PBS V. 12.06.06 with the new PDF Forms Designer which you can set up for your customers.
· For those manufacturers who want to ramp up or start producing PPEs – gloves, masks, ventilators, respirators, we have a program which provides our PBS™ Manufacturing Solution at no cost for a year.
More Assistance
We can help by contacting your customers on Counterpoint with Basic Accounting or RealWorld to help facilitate a move to NCR Counterpoint and CashPoint.
For those distribution customers who are still running CP7, we can assist you and them on moving to PBS modules such as AR, OE, IC, PO, etc.
And, we have more things in the works, which you will be hearing about very soon.
Manufacturing Training Videos
We are proud to announce the completion of a comprehensive library of training videos covering the PBS Manufacturing Basic Bundle. This new PBS Manufacturing training series is available today on our training site.
Even if you’ve gone through our Manufacturing Training in the past, this is far more comprehensive and a good refresher, providing more than 70 videos ranging from just a few minutes to 10-15 minutes in length. Each piece is organized and broken down logically, providing you with an excellent opportunity to learn this application today.
Now is the perfect time to diversify your knowledge of PBS offerings, and to potentially expand them to include the PBS Manufacturing software.
