PBS Payroll provides compliance with federal, state and local taxation.

– PBS™ Payroll maintains employee data, calculates taxes, handles deductions and prints payroll checks which eliminates the process of manually preparing tax information.
– ACH Direct Deposit and email paystubs to employees (encrypted). Deposits can be made to multiple financial institutions, and each employee can have amounts directly deposited in up to fifteen bank accounts.
– Full payroll with federal, state, county/city/parish regulatory reporting/media.
– One time set up for union dues, loan repayments, and garnishments.
– Flexible deductions, codes, and earnings.

If you need only Affordable Care Act compliance management, you can keep your current payroll and use our IRS-certified ACA software with e-Filing or our Full Service option.
